Buy your ski passes for the Arlberg ski area directly at our reception. Choose between half-day passes from 12:00 PM and day passes for up to 14 days. To minimize waiting times, we recommend ordering ski passes the evening before or before breakfast. Please note that special passes such as 1½- and 2½-day passes, as well as hourly and seasonal passes are not available.

Ski pass prices

The costs for the ski passes can conveniently be settled through your room bill at our 4-star hotel.

If you wish to ski directly on the morning of your arrival, please inform us in advance by email with the names and birthdates of the skiers and the desired number of ski days to optimally start your ski holiday in Vorarlberg.

A deposit of 5 EUR per ski pass is required. This is refunded in cash upon return of the pass or credited to your room bill.

Please note that lost ski passes unfortunately cannot be replaced.

Upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor, you can obtain a refund at the main cashier of the mountain railways in Stuben.

During your ski holiday, use our secure ski rooms right next to the slope for optimal storage of your equipment.

For your arrival and departure, we recommend our ski room at the car park, which you can reach through the silver door to the left towards the Lodge. During your stay, store your skis in the ski room behind the revolving door on the right at the ski lift. Additionally, we offer a room in the basement opposite the lift with numbered lockers corresponding to your room number, where you can dry and warm ski boots, helmets, and gloves. On the ground floor of the Lodge, there is a room to the right with additional ski boot warmers and storage facilities.

We recommend reserving your ski equipment online in advance. Use our shuttle service to the ski rental shops Skibase and Sport Brändle in Stuben for a stress-free start to your ski holiday.

Bring your skis to the reception by 4:00 PM to have them serviced overnight. The costs will be charged to your room bill.

Whether you want your child to learn skiing, improve your skills, or simply get to know the cradle of skiing at the Arlberg, a renowned ski school awaits you in Stuben. Visit the ski school's website for more information and course offers. For your convenience, our hotel shuttle will gladly take you to the meeting points of the ski school in Stuben.

You are welcome to schedule your massage appointment during your wellness holiday at the reception. Sam Teugels, our experienced masseuse and physiotherapist, and her team offer both classic and special sports massages for the perfect recovery after skiing.

Experience privacy and comfort in our Royal shower. This privacy-protected and lockable shower provides you with an exclusive space to refresh yourself undisturbed after enjoying the wellness facilities.

The entire ski area offers blue, red, and black slopes. The Walchlift in Stuben is particularly suitable for children and beginners.

The ski school in Stuben offers courses for various age groups and skill levels, including for children of different ages. For your convenience, we are happy to transport your children to and from the meeting points of the ski school in Stuben with our hotel shuttle.

Our youngest guests are welcome to dine at 18:00. Please make your reservation in advance.

Yes, dogs are warmly welcomed; we are dog owners ourselves! We charge EUR 24 per dog per day without food (max. 2 dogs per room).

Please inform us at the time of enquiry that you will be arriving with a dog so that we can plan accordingly. Online, you can register your companion as part of the booking process in the extras. Then nothing stands in the way of your holiday with a dog at the 4-star Hotel Hubertushof in Stuben.

You can take your dog to the bar and a part of our restaurant under supervision. Therefore, we need to know that you are travelling with a dog for our planning.

A leash is mandatory in the hotel.

For your four-legged friend, the room is equipped with: a lying mat, water and food bowl, "Dog in Room" door sign, treats, and Robby Bags. To allow your dog to travel on buses and lifts, he needs a muzzle. Muzzles and leashes can be borrowed from the reception.

Via the motorway from Munich to the exit St. Anton at the Arlberg and over the Arlberg pass or through the Arlberg tunnel (subject to toll) to the exit Stuben - Arlberg

Please note the winter closure Lech - Warth coming from Germany!

We have ample parking spaces: underground garage - height restriction 2.20 m, carports, outdoors, and 4 electric charging stations in the underground garage (with additional cost) - leftside. The right side of the underground garage is two-laned - please drive through to the front. Whether you park in the 1st or 2nd row - deposit the key at the reception so we can move the car if necessary.

On the left side of the underground garage, there are 4 charging stations (with additional cost).

To charge your car, please place your charging cable in the trunk, do not connect it, and hand in the car key at the reception. Except if you drive a Tesla, then you must be present!

Please place your parking ticket – which you will receive upon arrival – visibly behind the windshield!

We ask you to hand in your car keys at the reception.

The nearest train station is Langen at the Arlberg. We are happy to pick you up from there with the hotel shuttle free of charge and also take you back there.

The nearest international airport is Zurich. Innsbruck and Friedrichshafen are regional airports. For transfers Zurich - Stuben - Zurich, we recommend the company Arlbergexpress.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are generally available from 4.00 pm

We ask you to use the online check-in in advance!

If you arrive after 8.00 pm, please inform us so that we can prepare a snack for you.

We ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am and also to settle your bill. Please note that the reception is not staffed 24 hours.

If you would like a late check out (possibly chargeable), please coordinate this with the reception. You are welcome to use our luggage storage and your parking space until departure, freshen up and shower in our wellness area.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX) – please be mindful of your card limits and payment restrictions.

You are welcome to store your luggage in the luggage storage, corridor towards the underground garage, during arrival and departure.

We are happy to prepare a packed lunch for you! Please order this at the reception by 8.00 pm the day before and make sure that you have paid your bill in time – by 9.00 pm.

Reservations can be accepted for 6:30 pm or 8:30 pm.

We ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am so that our houskeeping can prepare the rooms as soon as possible by arrival at 4.00 pm.

If you need allergy-friendly bedding, please let us know at the time of reservation so we can prepare the room accordingly.

If you do not need room cleaning, please let us know by 11.00 am at the reception! We thank you with a drink voucher at the bar!

Sauna towels are available in the room. If you need additional ones, you can pick them up at the reception.

If you need additional clothes hangers or pillows, please let the reception know.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, no irons and boards are available. If you want laundry washed or have something to be ironed, please let us know. We handle this, with limitations, for a small fee gladly for you.

Please also immediately inform us of any special requests, allergies, pets, etc. This way we can perfectly tailor your personal offer.

Of course, you can also make your reservation directly online on our homepage.

We ask for a deposit of EUR 500,- per room -  EUR 1,000,- per suite. You are welcome to make this securely online or by bank transfer. Please note that a reservation is only binding after receipt of payment – which we will gladly confirm to you.

To make the check-in as quick and pleasant as possible, we ask you to use the online check-in. This also applies particularly to our regular guests, as we do not store all data!

Unfortunately, the unexpected happens more often than desired. Should this still be the case, we can only accept cancellations in writing! To minimize the damage alongside the lost holiday joys, we recommend taking out travel insurance. You can do this conveniently online during the reservation process.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation up to 71 days before arrival is free of charge.
• In the event of cancellation between 70 and 51 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the travel price.
• In the event of cancellation between 50 and 31 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the travel price.
• In the event of cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the travel price.
• In the event of a cancellation from 7 days before arrival, an earlier departure or a no-show, 95% of the travel price will be charged.

Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to all bookings. 100% of the booking will be charged in the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show if the rooms cannot be re-let.

In the event of cancellation between 90 and 51 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the travel price.

In the event of a cancellation from 7 days before arrival, an earlier departure or a no-show, 95% of the travel price will be charged.

Otherwise, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to all bookings. In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged if the rooms cannot be re-let.

• A regular guest at the Hubertushof is someone who:
• books 14 nights in one winter season or
• books 15 nights over 2 consecutive winter seasons

Our children's club offers a variety of activities and facilities to enhance your children's creativity and fun. Here you will find everything from painting supplies, games, and crafting materials to a drawing board and a small climbing wall, all designed specifically for children.

For teenagers, we have a dedicated youth room. It is equipped with a PlayStation, music boxes, a ping-pong table, table football, and darts.

For environmental reasons and to conserve our resources, we have decided to no longer provide slippers in the rooms.
We therefore ask you to bring your own slippers.
However, should you forget to do so, you are welcome to obtain a pair from our reception.
