Every detail of your fine meal will be thoughtfully planned out and prepared by the restaurant's head chef Heinz Farmer. One of Stuben am Arlberg's finest and most well-known chefs, Heinz has a passion for cooking, and when it is possible, he only uses local ingredients. Making each dish prepared traditionally wholesome and healthy.

Author of the German cookbook titled "The favorite recipes of our guests - Heinz Farmer and his kitchen for all the excited cooks - Volume 1". When not in the kitchen, Heinz enjoys skiing in the winter and golf in the summer. Often guests will get the chance to meet Heinz on the Piste.
